True to the name, pop-up restaurant concepts set up for a short period of time (a day or two) to sell ready-to-eat food.

  • Pop-up restaurants use The Kitchen space located on the mezzanine level of the Public Market
  • Great opportunity to test out a concept and get in-person feedback from customers
  • Available dates vary
