What to expect at Friday Night Sound Bites

Grab a friend, get some grub and groove into the weekend with the return of Lenexa Public Market’s popular music series, Friday Night Sound Bites. Join us for free, live music and flavorful food options from our merchants and rotating food trucks every Friday night from May 23-October 31 (except July 4) from 7 to 10 p.m. on the Lower Commons.

Event schedule

5:30 to 6:30 p.m. — Opener: Solo musician playing inside the Public Market
5:30 to 8:30 p.m. — Dinner food truck
6:30 to 9:30 p.m. — Dessert food truck (if scheduled)
7 to 10 p.m. — Band playing live music outdoors on the Lower Commons

What you need to know

Outside alcohol not allowed. Purchase alcoholic beverages from merchants.
Food and drinks available to purchase.
Patio seating available but we encourage BYOC — bring your own chair.
Free to attend. No tickets/registration needed.

Free parking available onsite in the Lenexa civic campus parking garage (17201 W. 87th St. Pkwy.). Enter on Winchester Street or W. 88th St.
