Private Rentals

The Partial Kitchen Rental is ideal for less formal gatherings. Frequent rental types at the Partial Kitchen Rental tier include business luncheons, happy hours, showers, graduation/ birthday/retirement parties, etc.

Includes:

• Private access to the space 
• Eight movable tables with butcher block tops (40" W x 72" L x 36” H)
• 48 brushed aluminum chairs (six per table)
• Ice maker
• Partial front-of-house kitchen amenities including:
  • Countertop serving area (for food/gifts/displays/etc.)
  • Kitchen sink
  • Access to full-size refrigerator and freezer 
  • Two video screens: Left screen – compatible with laptop (HDMI or USB-C connection); Right screen – connects to a camera for demonstrations in The Kitchen

The Full Kitchen Rental is ideal for more formal events. Frequent rental types at the Full Kitchen Rental tier include small ceremonies, fully catered events, rehearsal dinners, private cooking classes, etc.

Includes:

• Private access to the space 
• Eight movable tables with butcher block tops (40" W x 72" L x 36” H) 
• 48 brushed aluminum chairs (six per table)
• Optional use of 12 cocktail tables 
• Assistance with table configuration and setup 
• Access to back-of-house prep area including:
  • Prep tables
  • Microwave
  • Three-compartment dish sink
  • Ice maker
• Full use of front-of-house kitchen amenities including:
  • Countertop serving area (for food/gifts/displays/etc.)
  • Cooking range with two ovens and six gas burners
  • Front-of-house sink
  • Access to full size refrigerator and freezer
  • Two video screens: Left screen – compatible with laptop (HDMI or USB-C connection); Right screen – connects to a camera for demonstrations in The Kitchen
  • Lavalier microphone

Facility Rental Fee: Rental tier x hours reserved

• Minimum rental time of two hours (including set up time, event and clean up).

Reservation deposit: secures the date and time. Non-refundable. Applied to total rental fee.

• $100 for rental of four hours or less
• $200 for rental over four hours

Contract violation deposit: refundable, pending no damage.

• $100 for rental of four hours or less
• $200 for rental over four hours

Whether you're planning a special event or need catering for a gathering, we offer two great choices to suit your needs:

Option One (recommended): Select Public Market merchants provide catering services.

Option Two: Outside catering fee of $75 to cater with any vendor other than a Public Market merchant.

To serve alcohol at your event, you have two options:

Option one (recommended): Purchase alcohol from a Market vendor and carry it up or have it catered at the event. No additional deposits. No permit or security guard required.

Option two: Outside alcohol brought into the Market for an event. Requirements include:

• Alcohol Security Deposit (refundable, pending no violations): $100

• Facility Alcohol Permit (non-refundable): $100. We obtain the permit on your behalf. Please note that the permit does NOT allow the sale of alcohol.

• Security Guard: $50/hour to be paid in cash the day of event. We arrange the security guard on your behalf. The guard will be stationed at the event 30 minutes before the bar opens and 30 minutes after bar closes.
