What to expect at Friday Night Sound Bites

Grab a friend, get some grub and groove into the weekend with the return of Lenexa Public Market’s popular music series, Friday Night Sound Bites. Join us for free, live music and flavorful food options from our merchants and rotating food trucks every Friday night from May 29-October 30 (except June 12 & June 26) from 7 to 10 p.m. on the Lower Commons. 

Event schedule 

  • 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. — Opener musician inside the Market
  • 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. — Dinner food truck
  • 7 to 10 p.m. — Band playing live music outdoors on the Lower Commons

What you need to know

  • Outside alcohol and coolers not allowed. Purchase beverages from merchants.
  • Food and drinks available to purchase.
  • Patio seating available but we encourage BYOC — bring your own chair.
  • Free to attend. No tickets/registration needed.
