KC Doner menu:

  • Doner: Meat wrapped in a tortilla, onions, sumac, parsley, and tomato sauce. It can be served as a plate or a wrap.

  • Kisir Salad (Tabouli, Vegan/Vegetarian): A bulgur salad with fine bulgur wheat mixed with tomato paste, pomegranate molasses, parsley, a hint of spicy pepper paste, olive oil, and green onions.

  • Potato Pie (Vegetarian): Milk bread around seasoned mashed potatoes, baked until golden brown.

  • Red Lentil Ball (Vegan/Vegetarian): Red lentil ball with onion, bulgur wheat, olive oil, parsley, tomato, and pepper paste. Served with six balls and sauce.

  • Meat Pie: Thin layers of dough wrapped around a filling of seasoned ground meat, onions, olive oil, and tomato paste then baked to golden brown.

  • Pide (Vegetarian): Milk bread around cheese, tomatoes, and peppers, sesame seeds baked until golden brown.

  • Spicy Pepper Roll (Vegetarian): Turkish pepper milk bread, a soft and fluffy dough infused with spicy red pepper flakes, olive oil, and aromatic herbs, is baked to golden perfection.

  • Sekerpare (Semolina Cookies — Vegetarian): Soft and syrupy Turkish semolina cookies, flavored with lemon with crushed pistachio. Two pieces served.
