What if Puppets at Family Night: July 8

Every Wednesday is Family Night — this week, we have partnered with the Lenexa City Center Library to have a special performance indoors in the Library's Atrium in place of Storytime.

What if Puppets Presents: T-Rex Took My Toothbrush

Mr. Greene is a paleontologist who discovers a dinosaur egg — and when it hatches, he suddenly becomes the surrogate parent of a baby T-Rex! Soon, he and his dinosaur ward are negotiating bedtimes, testing each other’s boundaries, and ultimately finding joy in their oddball little family. This playful, wordless show uses comedic movement, original music, and plenty of silly surprises to tell a heartwarming story about an unusual but loving family. Best for Pre-K to 2nd grader with their caregivers.

About the Family Night series

A place to eat, have conversation and let kids be kids. Get out of the house and enjoy a break from the weeknight cooking grind. While the Lenexa Public Market is family-friendly every day of the week, we take it to the next level every Wednesday night for Family Night from 5 to 8 p.m.
