The Lenexa Public Market is looking for people with a passion for food they want to share with the community!
Specifically, we are interested in:
- New food concepts that could use a launch pad or existing local restaurants ready to expand.
- Concepts that have short-term (as short as a single pop-up event) or long-term potential (12-36 mos.).
- Micro-concepts (production can be accomplished in a small space – i.e. approximately 100 ft.2).
- Local chefs and/or food entrepreneurs. No national chains or franchises, please.
- Concepts that complement existing Market merchants.
- Passionate people who value teamwork and collaboration.
